Large Group Accommodation in Norfolk
West Lexham is perfect for large group holidays and smaller getaways. We can accommodate 100 across the whole site or a variety of party sizes in our Barn, Village Hall and Glamping.
For an intimate rural retreat, try our Village hall with three brick and flint Norfolk cottages that are let out as one – together with the huge open-plan sitting room.
The Barn sleeps up to 22, all with en-suite, king size or twin beds. You can light up the fire in winter or enjoy alfresco dining in your own private garden during the summer.
Or stay at our gorgeous glampsite, where we can sleep up to 50 in our treehouses, cabins and bell tents.
We have 21 acres of gardens, rivers and lakes for you to explore.
THE VILLAGE HALL
Our central Village Hall boasts seven bedrooms across Hall Cottage and Arch Cottage. The space is open plan with a flexible layout plus a private sunny patio.

Looking for a barn in Norfolk? The Barn at West Lexham is an epic, versatile space which can be adapted for different occasions or gatherings. It’s perfect for larger groups sleeping up to 22 people.
GROUP GLAMPING
Our luxurious glampsite is perfect for a group holiday and can sleep up to 50 in a mix of treehouses, cabins and bell tents. We are dog friendly and welcome parties of all shapes and sizes.
