Noise & Nuisance Policy
West Lexham is a rural venue with close community links. We have a strict noise policy which must be adhered to, as we are in the centre of the village, as such noise must be kept to a minimum at all times. Music must be very low background music only. Noise must be kept at a low level around the site and in the communal areas i.e. the Great Barn courtyard, the Manor House courtyard, outdoor garden kitchen, fire pit areas and around the pool. All areas must be kept free of noise above normal conversation from 11pm onwards. We politely ask that all visitors to West Lexham do not cause a nuisance or annoyance to other guests or occupants of the nearby village properties. We reserve the right to keep your damage waiver in full if our noise policy is not adhered to following a first warning, as our business could be at risk. We also reserve the right to request your early departure from the site as a last resort, although you would remain liable for the whole cost of your hire.
