As we have expanded in scope and ambition, our dream has always been to create an organic café supplied by our kitchen garden. We are thrilled that this is coming to fruition. The West Lexham Flying Pig Café cooks seasonal, organic food using the astonishing diversity of fresh vegetables, fruit, flowers and herbs picked daily from the garden just metres away.
Our Flying Pig Garden Cafe will open from the 28th May !
FLYING PIG CAFÉ
The Flying Pig Café is open all day for staying guests, from early breakfast right through to late night supper. Teas, coffees and cakes are served throughout. The Café serves a range of beautiful vegetarian and vegan food – plus our wood-fired pizzas are served in the evening.

Our seasonal, hyper-local menu is designed to highlight the delicious produce from our garden and key local suppliers. Inspired by our own produce, we welcome all staying guests to our beautiful restaurant space and will always have dishes for vegetarian and vegans.
Whatever is just picked, sun-ripened and grown here on site – or foraged and hunted in the immediate vicinity – will have pride of place.
THE KITCHEN GARDEN
The Kitchen Garden – using biodynamic principles, working in harmony with nature and building soil fertility.
Our Kitchen Garden uses organic produce and guided by the seasons. We grow an abundance of heritage fruit and veg, herbs, edible flowers and unusual varieties from our outdoor garden and two poly tunnels. Our menus are supplemented with gorgeous local and artisanal Norfolk produce, bringing out the very best of Norfolk food.
