Wild & Free Yogalates Retreat

With Beth

20th-23rd September 2024

Yearning for a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life? Look no further! Reconnect with the natural world and come home to yourself on this three-night eco-paradise escape to the North Norfolk countryside.

Run on over 90% renewable energy and full of abundant wildlife, West Lexham is the ideal retreat space to unplug and unwind. By extending this to a four-day escape (most weekend retreats are too short in my opinion!), you’ll have time and space to really relax and immerse yourself in these unforgettable surroundings. My retreats offer the perfect balance of activity and rest, nourishing movement and stillness. Aside from the daily Yogalates, Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra sessions, you can spend a lazy afternoon cosied up with a book in the warmth of a log burning stove, or enjoy a refreshing wild swim in the lake or in the heated, naturally filtered pool. Make new friends around the fire pit under the stars… everything is optional. Do as much, or as little, as you like! Come back to your breath, come back to your body and reconnect with the beauty and tranquility of nature whilst enjoying the comfort and charm of this idyllic 21-acre country estate. Return home feeling refreshed and reinvigorated.

Connecting breath and movement in a way that will leave you feeling strong, energised and ready for each beautiful day on retreat. On Friday and Sunday afternoons you’ll be guided through a slow, deep Yin Yoga practice, helping you release tension and promoting deep tissue relaxation. On Saturday afternoon, you’ll experience a 30-minute Yoga Nidra meditation prior to the evening sound bath event, aiding sleep, boosting your energy reserves, and shifting brain waves into regeneration & repair mode.
