West Lexham – the wellness retreat centre populated with treehouses, lakes and wildlife – have spent the lockdown period building several new structures and expanding in interesting ways.

We are looking to recruit people with whom our vision resonates. We are looking for hardworking people who love nature and are keen to take on our Lexham Living principles, working with an ever-growing team of change-makers and wisdom sharers.

Previous experience and skills in the following roles is preferable, but heart, motivation, drive and clarity will be the main determining factors.
