Uplifting Spring Yoga Retreat

20th to 22nd March 2026

Uplifting Spring Yoga Retreat

Friday 20th to sunday 22nd march 2026

The retreat will begin on Friday evening with a welcome class followed by a delicious dinner. Emma will then lead you through two classes on the Saturday in the beautiful barn shala. She will offer an uplifting, dynamic morning class to align body and breath, followed by breakfast.

During the day there will be plenty of time for walks, massage treatments, a trip out to the beach or curling up with a good book. There will be a delicious healthy lunch and the group will meet again in the late afternoon for a more restorative practice to delve deeper into the postures with a healing sound bath. In the evening the group will gather again for dinner in the barn and chats around the fire pit.

Arrival time on Friday 20 March will be from 4pm. Departure on Sunday 22 March will be at midday after a lake dip for those who fancy it, energising morning yoga and a nourishing brunch.
