As featured in ‘Prima, That’s Life and Take a Break Magazines’ — a retreat experience recognised for its depth and impact.
Escape to a serene retreat nestled within the picturesque Norfolk countryside, where a tranquil river valley, lush gardens and enchanting woodlands await your arrival.
Within this natural haven, you are invited into a deeper journey of self-reflection and renewal. Step away from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with a quieter, more grounded sense of yourself. Here, surrounded by nature, there is space to recognise your own strength and authenticity and to begin shaping a life that feels more aligned, steady and fulfilling.
For nearly 20 years, Amanda has facilitated transformative development groups, bringing together individuals who share a desire to understand themselves more deeply and live with greater clarity and purpose. These retreats offer a carefully held environment where that work can unfold, both individually and within a group of women who are each navigating their own turning point.
There are moments when something settles quietly into place. It starts with a recognition, a shift in standard and a sense that the way you’ve been living is no longer the level you are here for.
You can feel it in your decisions and in what you tolerate. And you may well be in the space between where you are and where you know you could be.
This is where the retreat begins.
The experience
Set within the private grounds of West Lexham Manor, this is a two-and-a-half day immersion designed for women ready to step out of constant demand and into clear, self-directed living.
The environment holds you the moment you arrive…an open sky, water, nature at its best… and stillness that does not need to be created. Your system begins to settle without effort the moment you arrive.
And from there, everything becomes easier to see.
A six-stage structure that brings clarity, stability, and direction back into place.
- You begin to recognise what has been shaping your life.
- You steady your internal state so decisions come from clarity rather than pressure.
- You release what no longer belongs.
- You define a higher standard.
- You begin to build around it.
The work is guided with precision.
There is space to just be, but there is also movement.
