Longevity Retreat Programme

Longevity Retreat Programme

9th to 19th November, 2026

A Physician-Led Ayurvedic Longevity Retreat

Ancient wisdom, modern healing. Founding retreat experience.

9th to 19th November, 2026

Welcome.

The next Longevity Retreats Programme takes place from the 9th to 19th November.

Rooted in classical Indian lineage and delivered without long-haul travel.  Guided by senior practitioners from a renowned Ayurvedic healing village in India, with no compromise on depth, integrity or tradition.

This retreat offers a gentle detox with a focus on longevity, hosted in the regenerative setting of West Lexham. Designed for modern life, it combines nourishing food, rest, nature, and supportive daily rhythm in a calm, aesthetically refined environment. Places are limited to 10 participants, with stays of 5 to 10 days agreed after a free initial interview.

The science of longevity

This retreat programme is an invitation to pause, slow down and return to what supports life over time.  Rooted in the Ayurvedic science of longevity, Rasayana, it offers a space to step out of constant demand and into a rhythm of nourishment, rest and attentive care.

Guided by senior Vaidyas and shaped through lived retreat experience in the UK, the programme brings the practices into a comtemporary setting, allowing you to experience how its supported through daily rhythm, food, self-care, learning, and time in nature.

What’s included

Daily guidance and consultations with senior Vaidyas – traditional Ayurvedic physicians from India

Personalised therapeutic treatments

Accommodation and Ayurvedic meals

Yoga, meditation, rituals and emotional support

One year of aftercare with monthly guidance and seasonal longevity practices

About the hosts

Rina is the curator and host of this retreat with over twenty years’ experience teaching yoga and guiding retreats in the UK and internationally.  Her work is rooted in both yoga and Ayurveda, shaped by her own experience of mental health challenges and a deep understanding of the body-mind-spirit connection.

These programmes are delivered in collaboration with senior Vaidya practitioners from a renowned Ayurvedic healing village in India, offering authentic, lineage-based treatments in the UK.  Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga, provides a time-tested framework for living in greater ease, and this partnership brings that wisdom onto English soil without compromise.
