Housekeeping Team Member

To ensure the high standards of our site are maintained, we are looking to recruit for people who have a meticulous attention to detail, are swift and will take good care of our properties.  We are looking for people who take real pride in their work, deliver high standards to ensure we deliver a great experience for our guests.

This is a casual part time position.  Full training, support and guidance will be available within a friendly and supportive team.

Seasonal Kitchen Porter

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team. You will play a key role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly by maintaining cleanliness and supporting the chefs with basic tasks.

Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and food preparation areas

Wash and sanitize pots, pans, utensils, and dishes

Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and properly stored

Dispose of waste and maintain rubbish areas

Assist chefs with basic food prep as needed

Follow all health and safety standards

Previous experience is helpful but not essential as full training will be provided.  The ability to work in a fast paced environment is a key requirement of this role, as well as someone with a strong work ethic and team-player attitude.  Hours will vary depending on the business requirements and will involve evenings and weekends.
