Wellbeing is such an important part of our lives to get right, but it is not always easy to get the balance between work and rest. This mini-retreat hosted at the amazing West Lexham, just 2 hours from London, will help you return to work on Monday refreshed and revitalised.
The weekend yoga, meditation and healing retreat in Norfolk is suitable for yogi’s both experienced and new.
Due to the nature of the surroundings and smaller class size, it would be a perfect treat for someone who just wants a weekend away on their own, making a few new friends. Or a couple who want to spend some quality time together, without the usual hassles of life getting in the way.
What can you expect?

The practice will be led by Jeannie Bréhaut, an experienced yoga teacher and healer with a thriving practice in London. Jeannie has run retreats over many years in the UK, India, Spain and the Caribbean. Jeannie’s approach to yoga and healing is to keep it spiritual, facilitate a depth of practice and have fun.
Jeannie’s role as a teacher is to meet people where they are in this moment, giving them the chance to go deep and undergo the benefits of a well-run retreat. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi and meditator, Jeannie will be able to guide you through your practice over the weekend and strengthen your health and wellbeing.
Triple occupancy ensuite £378 per person

50% deposit is required upon booking. The remaining 50% is due 2 months prior to the retreat.
