Are you ready to Relax & Recharge?

This cosy country weekend escape is perfect for you to come and let go stress, breathe in the fresh Norfolk air and have time just for you. With daily meditation to clear your mind, breathing exercises to relax your nervous system and extended yoga classes giving you time to really deepen your practise as well as boost your energy and mood. Set in 21 acres of gardens, woods, rivers and lakes it is the perfect place for you to unwind, switch off and re-energise.

Our food will be provided by the brilliant Purple Plum Catering. This food is amazing, healthy and based on Ayurvedic principles. Any dietary requirements can be catered for just let us know when booking.

Room information

Each room is an ensuite. Beds can either be configured as twin or double. 

Rooms can be shared as a pair or you can treat yourself to your own room for the weekend.

If we are forced to postpone due to COVID-19 we will get new dates for our retreat. If you can’t make the new dates you can transfer your booking onto any future retreat with Emily Warner Wellness or receive a refund.
