Friday 16th October to Sunday 18th October

I’m so excited to be holding a second yoga retreat in the beautiful countryside of Norfolk this autumn. For two days, I invite you to leave the stress of lockdown, your jobs and your responsibilites behind and join me for two nights of great food, great company, lots of yoga, walks in the woods as the trees turn golden and icy swims in the wild swimming lake.

About Candice

Candice is an experienced yoga teacher based in South East London. She first discovered yoga in 2004 and found it to be the perfect grounding antidote to the fast-paced and competitive world of journalism that she worked in both in London and when she moved to the beautiful beaches of Sydney.

Returning to London several years later, married with two young boys in tow, she relied on yoga all the more to keep her sane and decided to turn her passion into her career. She hasn’t looked back since.

Candice is trained in vinyasa ashtanga, pre and post-natal and kids yoga. She also teaches senior classes.

Her passion is to teach anyone interested in exercising both their bodies and their minds. She loves people and aims to ensure the practice she is providing is accessible, but at the same time fun and rewarding. She firmly believes that yoga can help anyone, no matter how inflexible or unspiritual you think you are.

About the retreat

This soulful yoga weekend in the beautiful Norfolk countryside is your chance to reset and relax. September is the perfect time of year to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city as the weather should hopefully still be beautiful. The school summer holidays are over which, let’s face it, can be quite a stressful time for parents. This weekend is your chance to leave your responsibilities behind and truly unwind, surrounded by like-minded people and the natural beauty of the English countryside.
