A yoga retreat with a focus on tapping into that feeling of vitality as we journey towards lighter days and warmer temperatures.
Enjoy a full yoga schedule led by Nicole, a 500hr teacher who has been teaching for over 10 years. Classes will be breath-centred and flowing, with an emphasis on somatic awareness, mindfulness and shaking off the heaviness of winter. You will enjoy a mixture of vinyasa, hatha and yin, exploring all of the different areas of the practice, from breathwork and movement to mudra and meditation. The schedule will cater for all levels.
During your stay, you will choose one of the luxurious twin ensuite rooms, fully equipped with towels, comfy linen, organic hand soap and body wash. From your room, you will access the pretty courtyard, which leads to the barn, a stunning, purpose-built studio with underfloor heating as well as a double-height sunny dining area and a cosy sitting room with log stoves. There is also a private garden with a fire bowl and the wider estate to explore, with its own lake for wild swimming and sanctuary garden for meditation and reflection.

Nicole is an experienced (500hr certified) yoga teacher and functional medicine health coach with a passion for health, wellness, and helping people actualise their true potential, whether it be through movement, breathwork, nutrition or lifestyle.
As a yoga teacher for 10 years, I love to teach the seamless flows of vinyasa creatively and safely with a focus on an anatomical goal or philosophical quality. Seeing students build strength and awareness physically, emotionally and energetically is truly inspiring for me. I teach vinyasa, yin, breath work and meditation and have been lucky enough to train across various disciplines with some amazing, leading teachers. I draw inspiration from all of these learnings to create fluid classes, yet have direction, creative, focused and breath-centred yet fun.
I like to encourage students to become aware of their body’s potential and inspire positive shifts they can take off their mat and into their everyday lives.
My classes are influenced by my passion for fluidity and creativity in life. I enjoy teaching across all levels, from beginners to advanced, young to old, believing that yoga is 100% for everyone.
Passionate about helping people live their best lives, Nicole also offers functional medicine health coaching to enable people to reach their health goals through and dietary, lifestyle and therapeutic interventions.
