Abbie is the founder of Lotus Health Space sharing everything she is passionate about from yin & flow yoga to meditation and qigong. Abbie has been practising yoga for over 20 years and has been teaching for almost 7 years. Her classes are heart felt, friendly, and adaptable to all levels. As a mother, a wife and a businesswoman, Abbie knows how difficult it can be to juggle everything life throws at you whilst remaining centred. Abbie firmly believes that true health and happiness arises from a collaboration of good food, remaining active, surrounding yourself with good people and doing things you love.
