When a day retreat isn’t enough!

You are invited to spend the weekend with the Mama Lab Retreats wellbeing team, Sara, Amanda & Rachel, in our gorgeous Summer venue at West Lexham in Norfolk – complete with swimming pool, lake and gardens to explore!

The weekend will include all meals, guided self massage practice, energising and relaxing movement sessions​, breath work, meditation, nutrition and holistic wellbeing workshops, free time to explore the grounds and local area, nourishing lunch and snacks, immersion in nature, ceremony, intention setting, journalling and a few extra surprises to be revealed!

About Mama Lab Retreats

We are Sara, Amanda and Rachel and we have united to bring you our wellbeing retreat.

Our aim is to share our holistic therapy expertise to support mental and physical health.
