Retreat with Mandy Yoga
A glorious weekend to focus on your yoga practise, leave your everyday demands behind for a few days and experience the original “me time”
Starting on Friday evening and finishing at lunchtime on Sunday treat yourself to time away at beautiful retreat space.
Our weekend starts with a nurturing restorative practice to help you to wind down following your journey to Norfolk. Dinner follows provided by our caterers Florentina Events who provide the most delicious vegetarian/vegan food.
On Saturday morning we rise bright and early for a two hour Vinyasa Flow practice. Not done much yoga before? Don’t worry, this is your weekend; take your time, do as much or as little as you want to.
After a delicious breakfast the day is yours to do as you wish. We regather at 5pm for a more chilled practice incorporating some partner work and Yin.
On Sunday we start early again with a reviving heart opening practice and after breakfast you have a couple of hours to explore further.
Just before lunch we will have our final practice, Yoga Nidra and the retreat closing. After lunch and saying our goodbyes we will head home after 3pm.
