Nourish Retreats Day Retreat

Our event will be held at the beautiful West Lexham, an eco-friendly paradise. With every tree and shrub you can imagine, a floating water meadow, a rare chalk stream and 22 acres surrounding wildlands, this space really is a wondrous place to spend the day.

This is a day to invest in yourselves. Take time out of your busy lives and feel empowered by health and wellness focusing on the four pillars: mental, physical, spiritual and emotional.

Let go of fear holding you back, release any negativity and step into Nourish Events to take away tools you can incorporate into your everyday life that will help you get that glow from within and on the outside too.

We do not want the day to be about a whole new you. This is a day designed to support you in your journey to becoming the best version of yourself. A day to meet like-minded women and learn how to optimise your daily life.

We have created a full day from 9.30 am -5.30 pm. We will focus on how to raise your vibe spiritually and how to nourish your body in order to raise your energy physically too. A full mind-body and soul day.

As part of the day retreat, you will enjoy:

  • Welcome juice and chia breakfast pots on arrival
  • Nutritional chat covering digestion and mitochondrial health
  • A reflexologist workshop discussing the benefits and a face reflexology tutorial on how to stimulate certain reflexes
  • A dynamic & energetic Pilates class
  • A fire pit burning ritual to let go of anything that is no longer serving you
  • Lunch will be a Mediterranean meze including tabbouleh, harissa hummus, salads and dessert cups
  • A woodland walk to help connect with nature and each other
  • A guided breathwork and meditation session followed by cold water immersion and a short wild swim, should you choose
  • Straight back into the studio for herbal tea served with fig and date protein bites
  • A workshop to make your own fermented dish to go home with
  • Reflexology workshop including foot reflexology practical to ‘chase the hurt’
  • A stretch-based Pilates flow class followed by a short grounding meditation
  • Cacao ceremony
  • You will be leaving with a tote bag full of wellness goodies from some amazing brands
