A fitness professional for nearly 20 years I taught Les Mills Body Balance (a mix of Yoga, Pilates & Tai Chi) for 16 years along with other fitness classes. I did my first yoga teacher training in 2002 and in 2014 I did my RYT 200 hour teacher training with Claire Murphy. My teaching is alignment based vinyasa flow but during the weekend we will explore other elements of yoga, pranayama and meditation.
About the retreat
A glorious weekend to focus on your yoga practice , leave your everyday demands behind for a few days and experience the original ‘me time’.
Friday – arrive from 4pm
5.30 – 7.15 Restorative Yoga followed by a delicious vegetarian/vegan dinner
7 – 9am A themed vinyasa flow practice followed by a well-deserved hearty breakfast. The day is your own to explore local landmarks, countryside or beaches.
5 – 7pm A Yin yoga practice with some partner work and fun poses!
Dinner at 7.30pm
7 – 9am An enlivening and uplifting flow practice followed by breakfast then a few hours of free time.
12 – 1.15pm Yoga Nidra and retreat closing followed by lunch
All the catering is provided by Florentina Catering who specialise in delivering delicious vegetarian/vegan food and cater for individual dietary requirements. In the past we have been delighted with the offerings that Florentina have given us. Simply delicious!
Two nights luxury accommodation, yoga with Mandy and all meals as described for the fantastic price of £425.
Most accommodation is shared although I can offer a few rooms for single occupancy.
