Join Michael James Wong, Meditation Teacher and Founder of Just Breathe, for a long weekend of silence, stillness and a deep dive into the wisdom of the practice. In luxury accommodation, set amongst twenty-one acres of undisturbed private woods, lakes and gardens just outside of London, Just Breathe will host a weekend of self-discovery, meditation and mindfulness. Each day will start with a morning meditation and discussion led by Michael, with the rest of the day enjoyed quietly, leading up to an afternoon meditation around 4pm, and coming back together at dinner time. Each evening we’ll sit together and break the silence, enjoying nourishing vegetarian food and community time and closing Friday and Saturday evenings with an extra special Quiet Club. On Sunday, we’ll enjoy the final moments of silence together until our closing Quiet Club in the afternoon, before we all head home refreshed and restored.
Let this weekend be your opportunity to start the year off with a little self-kindness and care, while diving deeper into meditation techniques and the wisdom of the practice to support yourself for the months to come. Throughout the weekend guests who have not learned the Just Breathe ‘being’ meditation technique will have the opportunity to learn in full during the daily sessions.
This retreat will be alcohol free, laptop free, phone free and most importantly, care free.
