Flow and Restore Yoga Retreat
With Madlyn Maya Ray-Jones
Retreat for a weekend of yoga, delicious food, nature, and great company. Accommodation is in beautifully handcrafted treehouses. Shared treehouses are £380 (£340 concession) per person, and single occupancy is £680.
Everyone is welcome! There will be something for everyone in the yoga classes (4 classes of vinyasa, slow flow and restorative, with options for all moods and bodies) around the dining table (vegetarian food by @shaktikitchen) and during free time (a nap, a walk, a massage, a lake swim, a fireside chat). I’m so excited to share a nurturing, fun and enriching weekend with you.
Madlyn is an experienced yoga teacher and massage therapist who loves to share the joy and transformative power of yoga with people of all ages and abilities. Her gentle style of teaching encourages students to adapt the practice as needed and to connect with their breath, move mindfully, and relax deeply. Madlyn loves to teach creative, flowing sequences and to make classes fun, enjoyable and accessible for all. She works for individuals, organisations, yoga studios and gyms across London and has experience working with people from different backgrounds and those with complex needs. She collaborates with a sound healing practitioner for Yoga and Soundbath events, is a chef for Yoga Supper Clubs, and leads and offers massages at yoga retreats.
Madlyn lives in Hackney and is a dedicated mum to 2 kids, a dog and a cat. She loves nature, culture, open-water swimming, spending time with friends and family, and dark chocolate (not necessarily in that order).
