We are bringing food in-house so we can guarantee that it is made with love. The role will be to create for retreats but also to help us start a cafe for holiday guests on site. A key aspect will be to work with the garden team to produce seasonal and nutritious food. This will also involve foraging and the impetus to create different botanical drinks (as alternative to alcohol) as well as snacks, pickles, preserves, jams, fermentations, etc. It would be an ideal position for someone who is excited by and capable of creating, costing and cooking delicious menus; making plans for necessary staff variations and also teaching our guests about how to best nourish themselves and heal through food.
