Yoga is not so much in the doing but in the undoing…..
The word ‘’retreat’’ means to withdraw from enemy forces.
Retreat away to West Lexham with peaceful surroundings, enjoy freshly prepared vegetarian meals, energise with the physical practice, rest and digest with the slower Yin practices. Find inner stillness through Mindfulness and Meditation.
On this summer weekend retreat, you will learn how to recognise unhelpful habits and destructive thoughts through the practice of Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness.
You will learn how Yoga is a practice of mind training, and how our thoughts can become clouded through perception and expectation.
Life is about finding balance, this is the Yin and Yang. Learning how to find stillness within movement, and movement within stillness, through developing our conscious awareness, not just on our Yoga mat, but in the way we live our life.

Friday 12th June
Arrival between 2-4pm 4pm
Welcome talk. 5pm Yang and Yin Yoga class together with Mindfulness Meditation.
Saturday 13th June
8am Flow Yoga with focus on the fundamentals of building a posture through strength, alignment and integrity.
10am Brunch, then free time to read, walk, swim or relax.
2:30pm Lunch and free time
5:00pm Yin Yoga practice with Mindfulness and Meditation.
Sunday 14th June
8am Light Breakfast
9am Extended Flow Yoga with Yin and Mindfulness Meditation
